Eddie George and Greg Chillog Help Rebuild Baseball Field in New Orleans

Eddie George and Greg Chillog of EDGE joined OSU President Gordon Gee, Ohio Lt. Governor Lee Fisher and fellow Heisman Trophy winner Archie Griffin for a day of community service in New Orleans. On the eve of the BCS Championship at the Superdome, fans of both teams joined forces at the NFL-YET Boys and Girls Club. Several hundred LSU and Ohio State leaders, players, fans, students and alumni gathered with New Orleans Lt. Governor Mitch Landrieu and the Louisiana Serve Commission to rebuild two baseball diamonds, construct bleachers, paint railings and the exterior of the pool building, replant and mulch garden beds, and package blankets for the homeless.
