Residential retreat: unique neighborhood introduces Tuscan luxury to Dublin

Tartan West is a newly developed 248-acre neighborhood in Dublin, Ohio. The community offers a diverse mix of housing options, encompassing both single family homes and multi-family units, linked through a scenic network of open spaces and engaging amenities. EDGE provided land planning and entitlement services, developed design guidelines, and provided site design and graphic design services. Outdoor common features were curated to create a luxurious “Tuscan-style” feel to the neighborhood, with vineyards, meadows, waterfalls and ponds with fountains, bike/walking paths and a central clubhouse.

EDGE provided additional site planning and landscape design for the Corazon Club. The design invokes the experience of a luxurious Italian villa, providing signature amenities including a spa, resort-style swimming pool, arbor, a private spa garden, an event lawn for banquets and weddings, a dedicated circulation route for drop-off at the entry, and clay tennis courts.
