Mo is a landscape designer who believes the most successful places are those that leave a lasting impact on the people who experience them. Drawn to landscape architecture by its unique blend of creativity and problem-solving, they enjoy exploring how design can strengthen our environments and contribute to a more connected world.
Passionate about the role thoughtful planning can play in creating more accessible and equitable communities, their approach centers on creating meaningful opportunities for people of all abilities and backgrounds to participate in the experience of a place. This perspective informs their work across a variety of project types, including higher education, K-12 education, parks and recreation, and civic environments.
Growing up in a creative household helped shape Mo’s design instincts from an early age. Inspired by a lifelong interest in making and creating, they continue to explore a wide range of artistic outlets in their free time, from charcoal drawing to spray paint and mixed-media experimentation. They also enjoy tending pollinator gardens and creating habitat for local wildlife. No matter the medium, Mo is driven by the belief that even small design decisions can have a meaningful impact on the world around us.
