Landscape Designer

Tessa has a deep appreciation for the transformative power of landscapes and believes that creating meaningful outdoor spaces can foster connections between people and nature. Understanding the societal and environmental challenges we face today; Tessa continues to advocate for the importance of our environment in daily life.

She integrates her passion for nature and landscapes into her involvement with Best Buddies, an international organization fostering friendships between individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. Serving as the president of the The Ohio State University chapter, Tessa organized events that focused on connecting people to the outdoors, where she was able to witness the significance of inclusive design and creating spaces that promote equality and belonging.
